If you know my husband and me at all, you know we love being outside and we LOVE the park. So it's not really a big surprise that we are constantly taking Sadie to the park. Utah has a billion awesome parks, and we have 3 within walking distance of our house. So now that it's sunny, you can usually find us at a park.
We spent last weekend having a picnic at Murray Park and walking along the river trail. We went to this park just a few days before Sadie was born and sat on the same hill and talked about what life would be like when she got here. It was fun to sit there with here actually here!
This collage makes me laugh so hard. Sadie is still not really used to bright sunshine. She was making some hilarious faces.
She is obsessed with soda cups. Good thing I drink so much diet coke! I'm doing it all for her.
Said and I go on walks every day around our neighborhood, if she is still in a good mood and not ready for a nap afterwards, we go to the park just up the street from our house.
She has started smashing her face into the her blankets. She thinks it's really funny.
This day was easily one of my favorite days. We took Nathan back to work after lunch. We went to the Avenues Park where Nathan and I came to a ton while we were dating because he lives across the street from it. It has also come to be known as "the naked man park" but I promise I was sitting very far away from the bushed where the naked man was.
This is the cutest little park with a pond and ducks and a perfect view fo the temple and down town. It was SO warm outside. We played for a long time. Sadie loves the feeling of grass and the dead leaves, although the leaves kept trying to make their way into her mouth. She was mesmerized by the ducks, who came walking right up to us, and the running water. Nathan works just a couple blocks away and got off work early to come play with us. Gosh I love Spring!
