Thursday!
We played around in the morning.

| Amanda and Brad bought Shawn this headband mullet. It was the best thing that ever happened to any of us. |
Then we kinda split off for lunch. We had some family time, and ate at a little cafe. Then we explored more of the shops down town.
Then it was horsie time! Yep. Horsies. We went down to the ranch and got on some horses. Amanda, Brad, the boys, Mom, Thomas, Sadie and I stayed behind to go on a carriage ride instead. The older kids rode on some ponies too, which was fun.

Apparently, the horse ride was quite eventful. There were several times where the horses got spooked and would take off running. Ewa got kicked in the foot by Austin's horse. Megan lost her cell phone. And I guess the guy who worked at the ranch was kinda handsey with the women, haha. But they still had fun!
The carriage ride was pretty cool. There was one time where the horses got spooked by a motorcycle and took off and I thought we were all going to die and I started planning in my head how I would dive with Sadie in my arms and keep her alive. True story. But other than that it was mellow and beautiful. We rode near the lake, and even stopped by some beautiful gardens on the way back.
When we all were finished, they fed us dinner by the campfire. It was a really pretty night.
