What we did in May

Here's my May mega post! 

+ Nathan's grandparents came to town. I ADORE Grandma and Grandpa Merkley. They are the first to send birthday and anniversary cards. I have a million homemade quits from grandma. They also randomly send sweet letters and even checks in the mail. They are so sweet, and have made me feel like a real granddaughter even when we were dating. A bunch of Nathan's cousins and their kids all got to get together and spend some time with them.

+ Sadie has gotten a few more Katie dates while I go to my many doctor appointments. Here's just 2 of my favorite pictures from one of their dates. JUST LOOK AT MY BIG GIRL!

+ We've had lots of little park night dates. We love warm weather.

+ We got Sadie a little pool for the yard and she loves it.

+ Sadie loves her daddy like always

+ Sadie is my cuddle queen lately. And she only cuddles me. I love the way she uses my bump as a pillow, haha.

+ Lady is definitely sensing change, the way she did before Sadie was born. She is extra needy and whiney. Ohhhh Lady cat.

+ We go on lots of walks. At night with daddy, and by ourselves during the day. We've broken in the double stroller!

+ We have a splash pad right down our street and tested it out the other week. Sadie loved it and hated it at the same time. She wanted to play in the water, but not get splashed in the face, haha. Nathan met us on his lunch break.

The water shuts off after a few minutes to conserve water. You just push a button and it goes right back on. But every time the water went off, Sadie would run around like this saying, "Where it go?!"

+ I got to meet up with some of my very best friends in Brigham City for a delicious lunch and love fest. These ladies are the absolute best.

+ We've spent a lot of time in our yard. One time Lady joined us and Sadie thought it was the most amazing thing ever.

+ Nathan and I spend way too much time playing with snapchat filters.

+ Bachelor home evenings have started again, so Katie and Sadie have started doing some yoga. She also takes weird snapchats of us.

+ Nathan picked us up some Haagen Dazs the other night and it took us back to when we first met.

+ We were gonna be productive on Memorial Day and wanted to get all this baby stuff done, but instead we took Sadie to Liberty Park to play on the playground and in their little river system. She walked back to the car without pants.

+ Sadie and I go to a park almost every single day. She just loves to be outside. And I just love to be with her.
