Oh my sweet Sadie girl. TWENTY FOUR MONTHS! TWO YEARS!!!! How is my little girl so big?! I can't believe it. We absolutely adore you, little girl. You have been such a rockstar these past few months with all the transitions made. You are hyper, and hardly ever sit still, but you aren't naughty! You listen well and are so kind and sweet. You have killed it as a big sister, and made the transition to two kids a breeze.
You talk alllll day long. It's amazing the things you pick up on! We have to be really careful what we say now. You have so many funny words and phrases, and little mannerisms you get from your daddy and me. You repeat everything we say (including when I call your dad "Nathan"), and can have real conversations with me. You yell "YES!" when we ask a question you are excited about. You say, "I'm back!" whenever you walk into a room. You tell me, "I ready to go home" when you're bored running errands. You ask for the baby the second you wake up. You point at everything and say the word, or ask what it is, You are a nonstop chatter-box.

You count 1,2,4,6,7,8,9 and won't be corrected. You like to make funny face or do funny things with your hands and we copy you. That's your favorite game. You are SUCH a daddy's girl. Although you always want to snuggle with mommy, daddy is the fun one and sometimes if I am playing a game with you, you say, "No mama. Daddy play?"
You have 800 million stuffed animals, and you love each one. They all go to bed with you too. Sometimes when I look at the monitor, I can't even tell if you're in there because of all the stuffed animals. You love cuddles or "cozies" as you call them. Every morning you want blankies and mama to have "cozies" on the couch. You love being held, kissed, tickled, hugged, snuggled, and wrapped up into blankets. You love "tickles" on your back and arms. You sometimes wake up at night crying for water and if I bring you a sippy cup, you don't even drink it, but snuggle it, and fall back asleep. You love to put all your toys, and even random objects to sleep. And always sush me and ask me to turn out the light. You ask for my arm in the car, and I have to reach around backward so you can cuddle my arm when you drive. You are so affectionate, and I LOVE IT.
You love McDonalds and will often ask me for "fries and juice" for dinner. You also love ice cream and can devour an adult size serving. You still love to be outside and would spend all day collecting rocks if I let you. You are still pretty scared of kids at the park (and strangers in general), and you just stare them down if they try to talk to you. You love to play soccer, especially outside with our full-sized soccer ball. You are actually really good at it. You love to prance around the apartment, and do this funny, stiff-legged run. You also love to hop everywhere, or lean your head back, scrunch your nose, close your eyes, and march around. You are really weird. It's awesome.
You love to play "animals" with daddy. It's actually the Pokemon game on his phone. You go through all the Pokemon and tell him which animal you think it is. Then you make the sound of that animal and pretend to be it. Most of the "animals" are cats. We have been trying to teach you patience this month, and have been asking you to "wait." But every time you think we are saying "wave" and you will just wave at us. It's pretty cute.
You are officially day-potty trained. It was an interesting ride, but you really did well! It's so cute how excited you get to go in the potty. You whisper "tandy sticker" while sitting and going because you get candy and a sticker when you go, haha.
You are the BEST big sister. Sometimes you get a little excited and a little too loud and scare your brother, but you are so sweet with him. You give him lots of hugs and kisses. You bring me diapers and wipes when I need them. You give him his pacifier when he cries. You ask for him to come play with you. You bring him toys and share your blankies. You always worry that we are going to leave without the baby. You want him with us wherever we go. You get so excited when he laughs or smiles or talks or rolls over. You don't ever show jealousy. I am amazed at how you have stepped up into this big sister role.
I am so blessed to be your mommy. These 2 years with you have been everything I dreamed being a mom would be. You are my mini-me. My best friend. My world. You light up everything around you. We love you so much, and can't imagine a life where I don't wake up hearing, "Mama, I ready to get out" every morning.
