We had a low-key Sunday morning. We basically laid around. Nathan explored the boulders. Because he's weird.
We had big, early dinner, and then had a birthday party for Sadie! Yes, 6 weeks early. We won't see my family again until Christmas, when Sadie will be well over 1 year old. I wanted her to be able to celebrate her first birthday with family, so we had a mini-party. It was fun! And it's safe to say that Sadie inherited her mother's sweet tooth.
Opening presents was so funny! Carson was so excited and wanted to help her open each one. She didn't really know how to open them, let alone what the heck was going on, so Carson just started ripping her presents open, but it was so sweet! He didn't want to open the presents to play with them, he wanted to open them to give them to Sadie!! I love that kid.

Nathan and Blake had to leave a little while later. Both had work on Monday. We ended the night watching one of our family movies, Arthur. The original. Don't even come at me with that remake crap. We were sad to see the weekend end!
