Beautiful Sunday

We have church at 9am which is wonderful compared to the 1pm time I have had the past few years. It keeps me from over sleeping and when we get home at noon, we still have the whole day to spend together! But some Sundays, we take a nap and sleep away the entire afternoon or we just lay around doing absolutely nothing. By the time dinner rolls around I feel like I was hit by a bus. The lazy bus. So since we are surrounded by 7 temples all within 40 minutes of us, we decided to go on a temple drive yesterday! (After just a tiny nap this time. I swear it was tiny). We only made it to 2 before the sun went down behind the weird clouds that hung out all day, but it made for a gorgeous Sunday!

Please realize that I know this is a copy-cat picture of one that has been floating around pinterest. But I absolutely love it and wanted one of my own.

I love spending my weekends with this man. School is back in session in one week and this lady is finally heading back to work. I am more than ready to work. This summer has been a blast but I am more than bored. It's hard to be a stay at home mom without any kids! But I will miss having so much free time to spend with Nathan and so much time to take care of him. I have loved having lunch with him every day and always cooking him dinner and keeping the house so clean. I know there are going to be more adjustments when work starts up again so I am trying to soak in every moment this last week. Wish me luck on breaking out of this lazy-butt life I have lived the past 3 months! I can't believe I am going to have to start setting an alarm again.. what a hard life I live!
