We enjoyed our last full day together by relaxing, eating tacos, and watching more Harry Potter. We also took some group pictures. Nothing fancy, just wanted some shots of us all together.
First, I asked Nathan to test the lighting and he employed some models.

Then I used Ava for some 5 year old shots! She has this new habit of not looking at the camera and smiling very strange. I love it.

Cameron's 4 mom's telling him he had to put shoes and socks on.

Carson loves to do these things called "monster hugs" where you hug two people at once. It's the cutest thing ever. Here he is doing is with grandpa and uncle Nathan.

Some Carson love to end the trip.

We got to the airport bright and early to learn our flight was delayed quite a bit. But that made it so they had to reroute our connections and Jessica, Marshall, Nathan, and I got bumped to first class on our last flight. It was pretty freaking sweet. I have never flown first class, and probably never will again. But the seats were so big and squishy and the flight attendants were so nice and gave me so much diet coke! We also got the most delicious meal. I can't believe it was airplane food. And my drinks came in a real glass! Now that's living.

We all made it home safely (although the Crosby's had quite an adventure with a very sick 2-year-old), but missing England and our parents very much. I can't wait to go back! But for now, I'm attending to a cat who missed us quite a bit. As soon as I picked her up, she ran up my shoulders and purred loudly in my ear and kept licking me and drooling! It was weird. She has hardly left me alone since.

Special shout out to Katie for watching our kitty while we were away. And a million more thank yous to my parents!! This was the best Christmas!!!
even better now that we can re-live it over and over again! thanks for posting so I can steal it for my blog!
