Christmas part 2 in California

For once, my family did a ton of stuff on this vacation. Usually my family just lays around, haha. I will probably have to split this trip up into multiple posts. You don't want 80 pictures in one post, do you?

We were up bright and early the morning after we got back from Idaho. We loaded out two giant suitcases, duffle bag, and stroller onto the trax and took off. I was  super nervous about sadie flying. Our flight was 2 and a half hours delayed which was a joy. But I fed sadie and she slept through us boarding, having to de-board and wait in the freezing jet way so they could do a security check of the plane, re-boarding, and then the entire flight. not a peep from her. I woke her up at the end so she could eat again, but she was amazing. the stewardess even gave her her own wings.

My dad and Cameron picked us up which was awesome because they hadn't met Sadie yet! We headed back to my parent's rental house and Kelsey, Blake, and the kids came over! It was the first time Blake and the kids were meeting Sadie as well, so that was exciting!! Ava and Carson were both obsessed. Ava wouldn't leave her side and kept telling me she was going to protect her. Carson kept talking to her and bringing her toys.

We hung out until night time when we went over to Santa's house. This is set up every year in my home town. We have so many pictures outside of it! It was fun to all get together there again. Jessi and Marshall met is there too! Again, it was Marshall's first time with Sadie. So many new people to meet!

We had our own Christmas that night which was fun! We had a delicious Mexican fest, with Christmas poppers of course, then opened presents. The babies had cute, matching jammies.

All the boys got nerf guns. A gigantic war began. It was intense.

The next day, my dad took all the boys, sans Carson, to the USC game. Us ladies did a lot of laying around and Kelsey chopped my hair! Jenna and her girls stopped by to say hi.

Sunday my parents left to go see my grandparents, so us kids hung out. Most went to church, Jessi, Sadie, and I did this:

Then we hung out at Kelsey and Blake, where Kelsey made us an awesome dinner. Kenzie stopped by to say hi and meet Sadie!

Every night Nathan and Marshall would stay up late playing video games. They were like little teenage boys all over again. Sadie wasn't entertained.

Whew. Ready for even more pictures?
