EASTER!

This was well over a month ago. I am slacking so bad!! We went to Arizona for Easter! It was so much fun! We stayed at Kelsey and Blake's. Sadie and I went out on Tuesday and Nathan joined us Friday night. We all went back together late Sunday. It went so fast. It's never enough time with my family.

Sadie and I headed out around lunchtime. She was a dream the flight there. No fussing. Fell asleep. She's such a good traveler. My mom landed at the same time as us, so she met us right at our gate.

Jessica came out to meet us and we all hung out that night. No husbands and no dad and Cameron quite yet.

I'm gonna be honest. I waited too long to document and I really can't remember exactly what we did every day. I do know that Sadie woke me up WAY too early the next morning, and that we got to go pick up Carson from school and Sadie was so excited! Sadie is a lover of all people, but cousin Carson is special in her eyes. She's just obsessed with him.

Carson's awesome new shirt from grandma!
That night, Sadie and I traveled out to Jessi's house for the night! Sadie and Tanner exchanged lots of kisses!

The main thing I remember from this day was how tired I was. Hahaha. Jessi and I had stayed up until 2, and Sadie woke me up at 6. (She sucks at sleeping on vacation). Kelsey had had a rough night too. So grandma took Sadie and Carson to McDonald's and we slept! Yay! My dad and Cameron flew in a little later and we were so excited!!!
bubbles in the backyard!

The next morning we did the usual and climbed into bed with Kelsey and the kids nice and early. Thank heavens for ipads. And Kelsey's giant bed.

We got out to a really pretty park that day! We fed ducks, played with bubbles, played soccer, played baseball, and did a lot of laying in the shade. We got Cafe Rio for lunch before heading back for naps. Mmmm. Now I want Cafe Rio.

I was a little bit excited because Sadie actually napped in bed with me!!! She's usually way too hyper and excited, but I think after the day in the sun, she was pooped. It was the best nap ever.

DADDY JOINED US THAT NIGHT!!!!! Of course I don't have any pictures, but we picked him up from the airport and Sadie was so excited. We celebrated my dad's birthday (3 weeks late) that night too.
Watching videos together. Until Sadie would slowly start to move in front of the screen

The next morning started with donuts and Nathan battling Captain America and the Red Power Ranger on the trampoline.

We played at the park for a while, got lunch, and hung out.

Then it was egg dying time!! And Blake joined us right as we started! Everyone was together! Wooo! Sadie LOVED dying the eggs. And she got covered in dye, hahaha.

Then Nathan and I got kicked out of the house to run some errands without Sadie. I thought it was a little strange, but honestly I just didn't mind getting alone time after not seeing my husband all week, haha. We came back to a much too quiet house, and when we got into the kitchen, everything was decorated and everyone jumped out and yelled "SURPRISE!!!" We were both so shocked because we had no idea what we were even being surprised for, hahaha. Then they yelled that it was a "man shower" for Nathan! It was a "my dad rocks" theme and there were guitars and music stuff everywhere. IT WAS SO CUTE!!!!  I still tear up a little bit thinking about it. I have the greatest family in the world. And Kelsey is so good at these cute little party things. She's the pinterest queen! We had delicious pizza and root beer floats. Then all the men had to play the party games while the women got to watch and laugh. Then we got the cutest presents ever! It was such a perfect little man shower :)
Candybar diaper sniffing contest
Diet coke bottle chugging!
Air guitar contest! This one was not even fair. Carson won by a landslide.

The next day was Easter! Somehow, I am not finding any pictures from Sadie and her Easter basket. They are probably on Nathan's phone but I am lazy. Rest assured, she had an Easter Basket. It was cute. And she didn't really care much about it.
We all got dolled up for church and went to the Crosby's ward. And duh we took some pictures after.

Then we had an Easter Egg hunt! Sadie liked this. But once she realized there was candy inside the eggs, she was done.

We had a freaking AMAAAAZIINGGG Easter dinner made by Kelsey. Oh my gosh it was so good. Our table was decorated with Tulips from Amsterdam, so it doesn't get more legit than that.

We hung out in the perfect weather for a couple more hours, and then it was time for us to go. BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Goodbye always comes way too soon.
We thought with having a late flight home, it would be smooth sailing and Sadie would just sleep. Weeeelllllll we almost missed our flight and Sadie didn't fall asleep until we landed, haha. But we got home safe. And we are still missing our awesome Ffarg family!!!
