Spring Break at home

This past week was spring break at my school, so I took a little solo trip down to southern California. My parents and brother were in town from England and staying with my sister, so it was perfect! We all crammed into Kelsey's house and had a great weekend! Here's a billion pictures and some random facts from my trip!

Here's my welcome crew at the airport. Best welcome ever! One hugging my legs and one in my arms.

I did a lot of playing make believe with Ava. She has the most insane imagination, haha. She is also OBSESSED with Frozen. So is Carson. You should see them both freeze the second "Let It Go" comes on.

Blake came home to join us and the babies were VERY excited! So were mom, Kelsey, and I. Because we got to go shopping and go to Olive Garden. I ate 90 bread sticks.

Carson was my special buddy this weekend. He is so much fun! He really loves everyone and is hilarious. I love this guy. Every morning he would come down and snuggle with me in bed. He followed me everywhere. Including in the bathroom. You can see that in one of the pictures :) Haha.

We decorated Easter eggs!

We had a really fun evening at the beach! We got Cafe Rio and headed out. Carson had never been to the beach before, and he was in Heaven. He is afraid of nothing. He was full on sprinting into the waves. He kept falling over and hitting the water face-first, and he would just get back up laughing. It was hilarious watching him. Ava had a blast too. She stood in the water and "surfed" for like, 40 minutes. Haha. The sunset was gorgeous. It was a perfect night! Here's a billion pictures.

Easter morning came! Ava was so freaking excited. She gives the best reactions to things! Her voice gets so high and she thanks everyone for everything she gets. It's so cute. Carson wasn't quite so happy at first, but he cheered up fast when he saw that racetrack.

I took a few quick Easter shots. Ava is into this posing with her arms thing. It's awesome.

We ended Easter with an ammaaazzzing dinner prepared by Kelsey, and some bomb dessert. We watched TV and played Ava's favorite game. Even though she cheats like crazy, she is the cutest cheater in the world!

We hung out Monday morning and I flew back in the afternoon. It was a wonderfully relaxing weekend with family. Thanks for squeezing me in, Kels! :)
