I am terrible at being consistent in taking belly pictures and documenting this pregnancy. Oopsie. But I was seriously feeling huge the other night so I had Nathan snap some pictures. My non-maternity shirts don't reach the bottom of my stomach anymore. It's super frustrating. But also exciting.
I am now about 17 and a half weeks. 18 on Wednesday.
Nausea is all gone. I'll get some tummy aches, but that's about it.
I have felt my first "flutters" of this little girl. It's the strangest feeling but it's insanely exciting! Nathan is so jealous and he is hoping that he will feel her kick for a Christmas present. We'll see how good this little girl is at gift giving.
I still haven't completely "popped" but I am definitely growing. Like I said, getting dressed has become quite the affair.
People are starting to notice my tiny bump now too. I have felt like I was getting big and people would ask why I wasn't showing yet. Finally, a bunch of people have said something this week.
Exhaustion seems like it's here to stay for good. I am ALWAYS tired. No matter how much sleep I get. I have forgotten what it feels like to be wide awake.
We have a TON of little baby girl clothes now! We went out shopping right after we heard and I have gotten some sweet gifts from friends, family, and co-workers. I love looking at the clothes and just imagining her in them.
We have kinda maybe almost chosen a name. But I won't announce it until she is born. I am afraid I will get sick of it!
Peeing is a constant occurrence. I am peeing all the time and she isn't even big yet! I don't know what I am gonna do when I am in my third trimester.
All I eat is cereal and bagels. It's all I want. All the time.

You are so adorable and the little bump is so cute I just want to come and rub it!!! Pretty soon there is a great chance that Nathan will get that bump by the end of the pregnancy! We love you guys!

ReplyDeleteYes it's a maternity shirt! One of my favorites. I got it from H&M. They have a really cute maternity section and it's really fairly priced too. I don't know if all stores have it, but the one at city creek does. I also love Target. There are so many overly priced stores so I just stick to the basics.
