The time our baby flashed us its privates

I have been so excited to find out the sex of our little wee one.

Like, insanely excited.

I have always thought I would have a boy.

Everyone thought it was going to be a boy.

So when we I saw my sweet baby on the screen, I was pretty sure it was a boy.

Well.. I was WRONG!!!

THERE'S HER LADY PARTS!!!!!!

I was so worried baby was gonna be sleeping with her legs crossed but little girl was literally bouncing around! The technician kept saying, "Wow.. that is the most active baby I have ever seen." She wouldn't lay still! When she moved the camera around to her bum, she told us that our little girl had her legs spread wide open. She's so classy. But I'm not complaining! Because the doctor knew within in seconds that our little bundle of joy was a little bundle of lady! Haha, I made myself laugh with that one. It was so dumb!

When she told us it was a girl we were both so surprised and so excited!! I couldn't believe there was a teeny tiny little girl inside me! Ah! It makes me excited just to say it!

We ran right out to Kohl's and bought our little girl her first real clothes. We had some unisex stuff, but not pretty little girl stuff!

We are so incredibly excited! It makes everything so much more real and I really feel like we can start preparing for this little girl to get here in 5 short months. We love her so much already. It was so wonderful to see her now that she looks a lot more like a baby and a lot less like a blob. I can already tell how precious she is. I can't wait to meet her!

This one is my favorite! I love her profile. Is it weird to think she is so cute when she is the size of an avocado and in black and white?
